All of the staff was HELPFUL and friendly efficient. The location was quiet and easy for traveling around Butte, adjacent to the Business Centre, a great supermarket and Butte, Mt. And Highland View Golf Course was only 1 km from the accommodation.

The place was fairly clean, new-fashioned rooms. The room with comfortable bed. Also, location was comfy, a 10-15 minute walk from Father Sheehan Park. What's more, it was adjacent to restaurants as well as Butte.
Some people working there were kind of rude.

Attendant did a great job keeping it clean and restocked. The room was also comfortable, and the location was convenient. I noticed that the hallways were a bit dark and the carpet was worn.

The location is convenient for travelers.
During our three-night stay, we encountered numerous issues. First of all, the condition of our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was disgusting, with a grungy carpet that felt gritty underfoot. To make matters worse, the noise from the traffic outside was unbearable, coupled with the incessant squeaky sounds from the room above us that ruined any chance of a decent night's sleep. I was appalled to find that they only cleaned the room upon request, utterly unacceptable for a hotel. We shouldn't have to make our own beds or live in this kind of squalor. This is not what I expect when paying for a hotel experience.
